Protocol fees and distribution.

Basic Structure

Euclid AI Farm will collect ongoing fee revenue through a simple standardized mechanism:

• Performance (profit) fee

• Swap Fee

Fees are subject to change but will always be done so with absolute transparency, justification and forewarning.

Vault Fees

Euclid AI Farm Vaults will have a simple fee structure:

• 15% performance (profit) fee only.

THE HERCULES VAULT IS CURRENTLY FEE FREE.

Swap Fee

Trading EAF incurs a 1.5% fee on all swaps (buys and sells), dedicated to building DEX protocol owned liquidity (POL) for the EAF-ETH pair.

Claim Fee

Staking xEAF in the Earn Terminal allows a user to claim a share of protocol rewards.

A 1.5% fee is charged on CLAIMS ONLY.

Unstaking also claims any pending rewards.
